This refund policy outlines our terms for refunds on pwn.guide subscriptions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions

No Refund Policy

Monthly ($5.99-$9.99) and yearly ($57.48-$95.89) subscriptions are non-refundable.

Reasons:

  1. Low Cost - Processing refunds costs more than the subscription
  2. Immediate Access - Full access granted instantly, content consumed immediately
  3. Free Trial Available - Free Starter plan to try before buying
  4. Flexible Cancellation - Cancel anytime, no fees, access continues until period ends

What to Do Instead

Before Subscribing:

  • Start with free Starter plan
  • Explore 75+ free tutorials
  • Test the platform
  • Upgrade only when ready

If Unsatisfied:

  • Cancel immediately
  • Keep access until period ends
  • Revert to free plan
  • No further charges

If Technical Issues:

  • Contact support@pwn.guide
  • We'll fix problems promptly
  • Refunds unnecessary for fixable issues

Lifetime Purchases

30-Day Consideration Period

Lifetime purchases ($149 Plus, $249 Certificate) may be considered for refunds within 30 days.

Within 30 Days:

  1. Contact support@pwn.guide
  2. Explain reason for refund
  3. Provide purchase details
  4. We review case-by-case

Evaluation Criteria:

We Consider:

  • Technical issues not working as advertised
  • Billing errors
  • Exceptional circumstances
  • Significant content inaccessibility

We Typically Deny:

  • Buyer's remorse after extensive use
  • No valid reason
  • Outside 30-day window

Not Guaranteed - Each case evaluated individually. Use first 30 days as evaluation period.

After 30 Days: No refunds, purchase is final, no exceptions.

Enterprise and Bulk Orders

For enterprise orders (starting at 2+ seats), refunds for 3+ seat orders may be eligible based on individual circumstances.

  • Circumstances

  • Significant technical issues

Typically Deny:

  • Extensive team usage
  • Long past purchase
  • No issues
  • Value already received

Partial Refunds Possible:

  • For unused seats
  • Credit toward renewals
  • Plan modifications

Special Circumstances

Billing Errors

If we made a mistake:

  • Full refund immediately
  • No questions asked
  • Examples: Wrong amount, duplicate charges, technical glitches

Technical Problems

If platform doesn't work:

  • We'll fix the issue first
  • Refund only if unfixable
  • Extended time if major outage

Fraudulent Charges

If unauthorized card use:

  1. Contact bank/card issuer immediately
  2. Dispute with them
  3. Contact support@pwn.guide
  4. Full refund if confirmed fraudulent

Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto payments follow same policy:

Monthly/Yearly: No refunds Lifetime: 30-day consideration

Process:

  1. Contact support@pwn.guide
  2. Provide transaction ID
  3. If approved, refunded in crypto minus network fees
  4. Price fluctuations not our responsibility
  5. Takes 3-7 days

Chargebacks

Contact Us First before filing a chargeback.

If You File:

  1. Account immediately suspended
  2. Access revoked pending investigation
  3. If invalid: Account permanently banned
  4. If valid: Refund processed, account closed

Why: Chargebacks cost us $25+ in fees. Most issues resolvable without chargebacks.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@pwn.guide with subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • Account email and purchase date
  • Invoice number and amount
  • Plan type (Plus/Certificate Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime)
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Usage extent (how much you've used the platform)

We'll respond within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds process in 5-10 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why no refunds for monthly/yearly? Low cost and immediate digital access make refunds impractical. Try our free Starter plan (75+ tutorials) first.

Can I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-cycle? No. You keep access until your paid period ends, but no partial refunds.

What if there's a technical error? Contact support@pwn.guide first. We fix technical issues promptly - refunds are only considered if issues can't be resolved.

Accidentally purchased the wrong plan? Contact us immediately. If within 24-48 hours, we may be able to switch or refund.

Are lifetime purchases refundable? Possibly, within 30 days on a case-by-case basis. After 30 days, the purchase is final.
