1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pwn.guide's pwn.VM ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Things we do not allow

There are a few things we do not allow under any circumstance on our service. Some of them are:

• CSAM
• Penetration testing without permission
• Adult content
• Anything that is illegal in Slovenia
• Anything that is illegal in your country

What do you log?

We may log several things on the pwn.VM's website (https://vm.pwn.guide), which are:

• Your IP address,
• Your acivity on the VM,
• Your pwn.guide user id,
• Stripe subscription id & status.

We may even record your website sessions.
