What We're Looking For

Tutorial Topics

We accept tutorials on any cybersecurity topic:

Attack Techniques: Web hacking, wireless, hardware, forensics, cryptography Defensive Techniques: Hardening, DDoS mitigation, secure coding, incident response Tools: Tool tutorials, methodology guides, CTF writeups (with permission)

Quality Standards

  • Technical Accuracy - Verified, working techniques with tested commands
  • Clear Explanations - Step-by-step, beginner-friendly, well-organized
  • Complete Coverage - Prerequisites stated, all steps included, troubleshooting tips
  • Ethical Focus - Legal testing only, responsible disclosure, educational purpose

Submission Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Tutorial

  • Choose a topic you know well
  • Check if similar tutorials exist
  • Write in markdown format
  • Test all commands
  • Screenshot important steps

Step 4: Review Process

  1. Acknowledgment (1-2 days) - Receipt confirmation
  2. Review (1-2 weeks) - Technical and editorial review
  3. Feedback (if needed) - Revision requests
  4. Publication (after approval) - Added to platform with credit

Timeline: 1-2 weeks for simple tutorials, 2-4 weeks for complex ones

By submitting, you agree:

  1. Copyright Transfer - You transfer all copyright to pwn.guide
  2. Publishing Rights - We may publish, edit, update, or remove
  3. Attribution - We credit you as original author
  4. No Compensation - Voluntary contribution, no payment
  5. Original Work - Confirm it's your work, not plagiarized

Why Copyright Transfer? Allows us to maintain, update, and integrate content legally.

Can't Submit

  • Plagiarized content
  • Copyrighted material without permission
  • Previously published (unless you hold rights)
  • Illegal techniques
  • Malicious content

After Publication

Credits: Your name as author, website linked (if provided)

Updates: We may update for accuracy, tools, or formatting

Feedback: Community can rate and comment
